Long time user, now experiencing issues with Dropbox sync
Hello,
I've been a user for several years now using your iOS app, the Android app, and the Mac app. Within the past 30 days on both the mac and Android apps I've been experiencing an issue where Dropbox sync, upon opening the app, takes 5 to 15 minutes to complete. It used to take seconds. I haven't been able to find anything specific in the forums to address the problem and sent in a support email (with log file) 10 days ago, but haven't heard anything since.
Any advice on how to remedy the problem?
