I try to sign in with the Secret Key from my Emergency Kit and it says it is the wrong one.

Hi @KaySonneland! I'd be happy to help out. Your Secret Key is saved wherever you sign in, so let's look for it in the apps if you've signed in to them:
Find your Secret Key in the apps
If not, open https://my.1password.com in the browser you used to sign up and try signing in there. If that doesn't work, please send an email to support+forum@agilebits.com and we'll help you delete your account so you can start over.
