Told I can't upgrade directly from 4.4.3 What are the steps to upgrade to 5.4.3?

Currently running 1Password on OS 10.12.3
I get a message that automatic update to version 5.4.3 won't work from my current version: 4.4.3
What are the steps to update to the 5.4.3?

You'll actually probably want to use 1Password 6 on 10.12.3 rather than 5.x. You can download the latest version from https://1password.com/downloads.
