I got a new iphone and cannot log in to my password app on my new phone. I have never logged in on a computer just through the app. It was a free app that i downloaded awhile back. I do not have a secret key code.

    @lisac: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may have been using the standalone 1Password app on your phone previously. That's the only way you'd be able to login to a 1Password.com account to access your data. So if you hadn't signed up for a 1Password.com membership previously, you'll need to copy your data from the old phone or sync it from another device. I see you've also emailed us separately, so we can continue the conversation there.
