Updated OSX - Now read only

I updated from Yosemite to macOS Sierra and 1Password is now locked in read-only mode. I have entered my email on your site, and clicked on the "Click here to Apply Your 1Password License" link that was sent to me, but it is still locked in read only mode!

Did you download 1Password from the Mac App Store? If so then that's not going to work with your license file. You can only use the direct download from https://1Password.com/downloads with your license file.
