Grace period for frozen Accounts
Hi,
I've read in various places, that if a subscription to 1Password.com is terminated, the account will be in a frozen state. However I struggle to find an answer to how long this frozen state will remain. Is there a limit to this?

Hi @Manaburner - Good question! If a subscription is cancelled, the account will remain frozen until it's either reactivated or the account is deleted. You can read a little more about it here - https://support.1password.com/frozen-account/#reactivate-your-subscription

@Manaburner - Yes an account will remain in that state until it's either reactivated or deleted by the customer. :smile:
