CANNOT SIGN IN ON PHONE [Update to the latest version of iOS]
I was using 1password for past some time now and had some data stored in it.
As I was trying to login to get some of my data from it and signing in using master password on my iPhone, the screen froze as I typed the 14 character of my master password and I could not sign in. I tried it again and again and again and the same issue is happening. I cannot access my data anymore ON MY PHONEEEE!!!
I tried accessing it through the website and it requires some secret key which I never heard of till date and supposedly if I don't have one, I cannot access. Never was given an option to create a secret key when I downloaded the app on my iPhone. I don't know what to do now.
Emailed customer care, no response yet! Very frustrated!

I've just replied to your email. Sorry for the delay. Under normal conditions we are generally able to reply within 24 hours. I see we were a couple of hours over that this time. My apologies.
As Manaburner mentioned, and I mentioned in my email to you, updating to the latest version of iOS should resolve this for you.
