My master password, which works on 1password.com and iPhone app, won't work on app for Mac
I've used 1password for a while (and love it--thank you!), using it through 1password.com, the iPhone app, and the iPad app. I just downloaded the app for Mac and the browser extension, and neither of those will accept my master password. For the Mac app, I downloaded it, went to Finder then Applications, and opened 1password there. The screen that popped up asks only for my master password; that is, it didn't allow me to drag a window over a QR code on 1password.com.

Hi @jfromholz! That's certainly a bit odd. Let's take a closer look at why it may be happening. Could you please create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac?
