how can i reset master password ?

Hi,

I changed master password few days ago and can't remember it. i can access my vault through iPhone Touch ID but can even change password cause i don't remember the current one. Please help

    @sharkawy: Do you have a 1Password Account? (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. The Master Password is chosen by you, and the Secret Key is generated locally on your device. Neither is ever transmitted.

    We don't have access to your data can't recover either of these for you, so I hope you're able to find your Emergency Kit, or have another authorized device where you can view your Account Key. Otherwise it will not be possible to login to your 1Password Account. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Account Key and Master Password:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
