I have an old trial version, 1password 3 and just bought the latest version 1password 6. I don't know how to open my license and load it on the new version.

Do all my old passwords transfer over automatically on the new version, once i'm up and running?

    And, yes, your old passwords should transfer to the new version automatically if you follow the procedure in the knowledge base article.
