@exploqii: Yep! Just drag a file to the item list in 1Password for Mac, and it will show "Add Document" so you can drop it and upload to your account. You can also create a new Document item to add a file via the 1Password.com web interface as well. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
