    Hi there,

I just installed 1Password on my iPhone 7. But it does not show in the share list on Safari. I followed all the instructions and everything seems to be in sync. Any idea what else I ca do?

    Thanks a lot,
    Yuki

  • Hi @yuki_weber

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

What items do you see in the share list?

Hi Ben, thanks for the quick response.
In the list I see: message, mail, reminders, Facebook, etc... but nowhere "1Password".

You're on the wrong row. ;) There are two rows of icons in the share sheet: one in color (Messages, Mail, Add to Notes, etc), and one in black & white (Add Bookmark, Add to Reading List, etc). 1Password is in the 2nd row. You must enable it by selecting the "More" button in that row and sliding the slider for 1Password to on before it'll appear.

... ahh I found it. It is in the second row that starts with 'add to favorites'.

... exactly :-) Thanks a lot and have a nice day!

  • Yep. Looks like we were typing at the same time. Glad to hear you were able to work it out. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to contact us. :)
