1Password extension.
Every few days when I click on the 1Password extension in the menu, it opens a video explaining how it works. Can I stop this?
It's annoying ... I've written about it before, but never got a response.
Can anyone help?

Before we can really get into the troubleshooting we're going to need a few details as a base for the conversation.
- What operating system do you use and what version?
- What version of 1Password do you have?
- What browser(s) do you use with the 1Password extension?
- What version of the 1Password Browser Extension is installed?
There may be more questions or we may ask you to send in a diagnostic report but these questions are a good starting point and we can proceed from there :smile:

Hi @rschiavo,
The extension is at least up to date and your browser choice of Safari eliminated one possibility I was considering that was based around Firefox. Here is what I would like you to do for us please.
- Update 1Password. It's a couple of updates behind as we're at 6.6.4 now but I don't believe this is the cause.
- Restart your Mac.
- Launch 1Password and unlock your vault.
- Launch Safari and click the 1Password Browser Extension button.
If the issue appears instantly I would like you to create a diagnostic report. If it doesn't, can you use your Mac as normal and wait for the issue to return and then create a diagnostic report please. This link will guide you through the steps.
