Secure notes not synching between iOS and MacOS on 1Password 6

Despite searching, I don't see a thread addressing my particular issue. I'm using 1Password 6 for Families v.6.6.4. Based on my experience, I've assumed since migrating to this new version (was on previous versions), I'm synching directly to Agilebits servers rather than to Dropbox or iCloud. I don't see this issue addressed elsewhere for my case.

My secure notes do not appear to be synching across my Mac, iPhone or iPad. Please advise.

1Password Version: 6.6.4 (664001)
Extension Version: 4.6.3
OS Version: MacOS 10.12.4
Sync Type: AgileBits?
