Didn't work showing an iPhone screen using the camera, and also didn't work sending a screenshot to the Mac and dragging the window over it.

    The recovery PDF printout did work, so maybe specify that's what you have to use.

    @karlshea: Using a printout isn't required. I haven't actually had to yet (though you can bet I have an Emergency Kit for, well...emergencies!) However, it may be that the printout was simply easier for the camera to capture accurately, for example depending on the resolution/DPI of the screen/image. I'm glad that worked for you at least. Cheers! :)
