My wife recently upgraded OnePassword and now she is getting a Trial Expired message.
My wife recently upgraded OnePassword and now we are getting a "Trial Expired" message. How do I resolve this? I read upgrades where free.

@screagan: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Upgrades are not generally free, but we have offered some versions that way. Which version did she purchase, and where?
All upgrades are included though with a 1Password.com membership, since it gives you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data:
1Password.com
And a 1Password Families plan makes it easy to share data securely with your loved ones. Just something to consider. Let me know what you find!
