Icon in Toolbar doesn't work
The icon is there in the Toolbar, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I've deleted and reinstalled the extension, closed and reopened Safari, and restarted the computer, but the problem persists...intermittently; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
These things are already enabled:
Mac
Open and unlock 1Password.
Choose 1Password > Preferences.
Click the General icon, then enable “Always keep 1Password mini running”.
Click the Browsers icon, then enable “Automatically sign in after filling usernames and passwords” and “Detect new usernames and passwords and offer to save them”.
1Password Version: 6.7.1
Extension Version: 4.6.4
OS Version: 10.12.4
Sync Type: iCloud

I'm having the same problem. Works for awhile, then stops. When not working, I've noticed that 1Password mini has the option to install the Safari extension, even though the extension already exists. If I attempt the installation anyway, I get an error. The only option is to uninstall the extension and then re-install, then it works for awhile, then stops again. Pretty annoying.

Deleting the app, but not with an app cleaner because of data loss, and installing it again might help.
