How does one move from a Family account to a Personal account without creating a new account?

    Hi @Kristin_P - Great question! This can only be done if there's a single member listed on the account. If you're the only member, please follow the steps below to convert over to an Individual account:

    1. Sign into your current 1Password.com account.
    2. Click on the account name in the upper right hand side & select 'Family Settings' from the drop down menu.
    3. Finally, click on 'Covert to an Individual account' at the bottom of the page.
