can't load safari browser extension
Ive recently updated to Sierra and updated the new 1Password. Now I can't load the Safari browser extension, I've tried on the Safari extension gallery and Agile Bits website only get message, error encountered. Very frustrating as 1Password won't automatically load to my usual website logins, all has to be done manually.

Can you try the steps outlined in our announcement post, 1Password Safari Extension 4.6.4 not working [4.6.5 now available!] please. The generic error message you describe is most likely because you have a copy of 4.6.4 installed and Safari is a bit vague with the response where it could say something like "this extension is already installed". If the steps in that post don't help please do let us know.
