1Password is working on my iPhones but not on my iPad.
I had 1Password on my iPad for quite some time as well as on my iPhones - they all function flawlessly. I recently had to do a 'restore' function on my iPad and now when I attempt to open 1Password and re-establish my Dropbox synch, it is asking for "Your Secret Key". I've not dealt with this 'secret key' before on my other iOS devices. 1Password continues to function normally on my other iOS devices. Can you advise next steps.
1Password Version: 6.5.4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.3.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

Hi @Foglighter - Sorry for the confusion. Let's get your iPad back up and rocking 1Password again -
Open 1Password on your iPad, from the welcome screen, under "Already using 1Password" select Dropbox. You will then enter your Master Password before the data syncs over to your iPad. :+1:
Keep me posted if this helped or if you have any additional questions  Have a great day!

When I open 1Password on the iPad, I see, towards the bottom where is says "Already using 1Password?". When I tap it, nothing happens. Should I be selecting 1Password.com just below it?

Ureka! Upon further investigation, I see that I had failed to scroll down to where I could select Dropbox. It wasn't obvious to me at first.
Problem solved, thank you.0 -

Hi again, might suggest on one of your future updates to indicate on that iPad screen that there is more information below by scrolling down. I feel silly having missed that but it could help others.

How would you recommend doing that? As far as I can tell we don't do anything differently than any other iOS app in this regard.
Please let us know and thanks in advance for the feedback.

Ben, one approach to consider might be to add the phrase (Scroll Down) immediately following the query "Already using 1 Password?".
As an example, like this: Already using 1 Password? (Scroll Down)

Thanks! :) I'll pass the suggestion along.
