    Where do I go to get included in the email chain for solving this problem on iOS?

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password! The previous thread was in our Mac forum and was about trouble filling web forms on a Mac. Since the problem you're running into is happening on an iOS device, I've moved your posts to our iOS forum so the right people will see it and be able to help.

    Without knowing any details about your setup or exactly what's happening on your device, it's very difficult to help get it to work correctly. If you can describe exactly what you're trying to do, the exact steps you're taking to do it, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead, we should have a much better idea of how to help you get things working again. In addition, can you please let us know the following:

    • What type of iOS device are you using?
    • What version of iOS do you have on your iOS device?
    • What exact version of 1Password is installed on your iOS device?
    • When did the problem seem to start? Has it ever worked correctly for you?
    • Are you having trouble with a specific website, or with all websites?
