Standalone licenses do not apply to our mobile products (1Password for iOS and 1Password for Android). When using our mobile products standalone they are sold separately from any other 1Password licenses. This is one of the benefits of using a 1Password.com account -- the latest versions of all of the apps are included.

Hi Ben,
you are telling me that:
-in 2013 I bought my license and I paid you for this;
-until today I used my license on my macs, iphone and ipad (macs and iphone both with last version of os/ios and with 1p's apps last version inside)
-now I change my ipad with a new one and if I want to continue to use 1p in all the device I have to throw away the old license and to transfer all to the new month plan.

No. That is certainly one option, but what I'm saying is that the Pro features for iOS are sold separately from a 1Password for Mac standalone license. Licenses are sold per person, per platform, for a specific version (e.x. 1Password 6 for Mac). They do not include other platforms (e.x. iOS) or versions, and cannot be shared with other people.
If you'd already separately purchased the 1Password for iOS Pro features they'll be automatically re-activated on your new device so long as you install 1Password on that device using the same Apple ID that you had made the original Pro features purchase with.
To sync your data to the new iPad using iCloud select the iCloud option under "Already using 1Password?" (scroll down) from the welcome screen.

Dear Ben,
after yours I saw the possibility to purchase 1Password for iOS Pro separately (it seems to me about 10 usd) but:
if I go on Apple Store (to purchase and download the app with the IPAD) the store does not to me the choice to buy and pay because it results bought yet (see the attached) and, if I download it, we return back at start. How can I do it?

You cannot make an in-app purchase until the app is installed. Please install the app using the "cloud download" icon that you drew your arrow to above. Once you've downloaded it, launch it, and select the option to sync with iCloud below where it says "Already using 1Password?" (scroll down) from the welcome screen.
Then if you need to you'll be able to purchase the Pro features.
