Can't log into the 1Password App on my phone
I bought the 1Password app for my computer about 2 years ago and love it. I also had the app on my old iPhone which was synched with the app on the computer. I since got a new iPhone and I have no idea how to log in/use it. I have attached an image of the screen that I'm looking at. What do I do? i have my email address that I used to create my account as well as my master password but I have no idea how to get this working and its really frustrating. I also get confused between having the app and a 1Password online account which I don't believe I have. Can someone please help me get this working again. If not, I'm afraid I will have to switch to another provider. I wish you guys had phone support.

Hi @NewUser1987 - Sorry for the confusion and congrats on the new iPhone :smile: Which one did you end up going with? Thank you for sending over the screenshot. Open 1Password on your new iPhone, from the welcome screen, under "Already using 1Password" select either Dropbox or iCloud. You want to choose the same sync source you were using before. You will have to enter your Master Password after selecting the sync source then the data will sync over to your new iPhone. Keep us posted if this helped or if you have any further questions. Thanks Frank. I got the 7+ which I love. So I believe I was using iCloud synching but when I click the iCloud button I get the attached message. Any suggestions?

Hi @NewUser1987 - Awesome! It's a great phone and I love the camera :smile: Thank you for the screenshot, very helpful! Open Settings app on your iPhone > iCloud > Make sure iCloud Drive has been turned on and you're signed into your iCloud account. Once iCloud Drive has been enabled, open 1Password and select iCloud again under "Already using 1Password". Let me know if this helped :+1:
