When I am in safari 1Password will not open when I click on it.

There is an issue with the 4.6.4 extension that causes this behavior, 4.6.5 has been submitted to Apple's Safari Extension Gallery for review/approval. If you need something sooner we've posted 4.6.5 to our web site at https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
