On my phone I don't see a primary vault and this is where most of my log ins are saved.
It's hard to get understanding how to organized our data. I have personal and primary accounts and now I don't see primary account on my iPhone. I can not use data stored in there. How do I have everything on my mobile devices? the same way I have it on my computer?

Hi @miler,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. Is there a reason you're still using the Primary vault? The reason I ask is because this vault is not part of your 1Password account (which is why you don't see it on all of your devices) and as such doesn't receive the benefits that you're paying for.
Unless you have good reason for using the non-account Primary vault I'd recommend moving your data from it into your account based Personal vault, and then deleting the Primary vault. You can find information on how to move the items here:
Move items between vaults
And then you can delete the Primary vault, once you've verified everything has moved over properly. On Mac this is done from 1Password > Preferences > Advanced > Uncheck allow creation of vaults outside 1Password accounts. On iOS the path is 1Password > Settings > Vaults > Primary > Delete Vault.
I hope that helps!
Ben

@miler: Ultimately it's up to you, since it's your data. We all have different ways we like things organized after all! However, there are a few practical considerations to keep in mind:
- Only certain item types can be used for filling in the browser: 1Password can fill Logins to, well...log you into websites, Credit Cards for payment information, and Identities for personal details (name, address, etc.)
- It's helpful to include words in the names of items that will help you find them in a search. For example, my Time Warner login has, "TWC", "internet", and "cable" in it so I can quickly find it using any of those terms. I learned that the hard way.
- Tags are similarly a great tool for not only making sure you can find things easily, but also grouping similar things together that wouldn't necessarily be found like that otherwise. For instance, I have Logins which are associated with particular credit cards for purposes of payment (subscriptions, etc.) tagged with the name of the credit card itself. That way I can easily find all of the accounts I need to update when I get a new card. Just one example.
Hopefully that helps give you some ideas, and be sure to let us know if you have any questions. Cheers! :)
