Unable to locate Secret Key

Yesterday I had to restore my computer and lost everything.

That includes my secret key.

I have my license, but now I cannot load 1password back on.

I wrote to support, and they wrote back yesterday there is no record of my account.

However I have a receipt for my purchase, and have had it for 2 months.

Can someone please help?

    PS: I tried the emergency kit route, but have no idea where it is.

    I've looked everywhere and cannot find it.

    I do have 1P active on my iPhone.

    Actually Ben, I had found the Key for my IOS device, and still cannot locate the one for my Mac.

    @coachmiked,

    The Secret Key is for your account, not your device. As such you'll use the same Secret Key on your Mac as you do on iOS. Also: please be sure to print an Emergency Kit.

    I used the email I signed up with, my master password, and the Secret Key that is on my phone for my account. But I could not sign into my account. I'm sure it is operator error.

    I don't have the emergency kit, as that was lost in the computer crash/restore.

    Suggestions??

    Even when I scan my QR code in from my phone, and all the info propagates, and I enter my master password, I still get an "unable to verify" splash window.

    And I cannot log in on my iPad either, when I scan the info in from my phone.

    I'm not finding any accounts under the email address you use here on the forums. So we can take a closer look can you please email us from the email address your account is under?
