Trouble syncing with iCloud, and cannot find Secret Key

Have paid for multiple device license and can't sync. Have tried everything and can't find a phone number for help. Not chat line. I'm ready to try another product.

OS Version: OS 10.2.14

    I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing your 1Password data between multiple devices! We can definitely help you to get this all sorted out, but first we'll need to know some more details about your setup and what's happening on your end, as you didn't give us much information to go on. Can you please let us know the following:

    • You said you're using 1Password 6.7 on a Mac, but what other devices are you trying to sync with 1Password?
    • What version of 1Password are you using on the other devices?
    • Which device has all your latest 1Password information?
    • Do you receive any error messages? If so, what do they say?
    • Is the problem that you can't enable one of the sync settings? Or have you already set up a sync option but it's not working?
    • You said you're syncing via iCloud - is iCloud enabled in the sync settings in 1Password on each Mac/iOS device?

    In addition to that, please describe exactly what you're trying to do, the exact steps you're taking to do it, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead. Then we should have a much better idea of how to help. Thank you in advance! :)

    I did get it to sync with iCloud. All devices are up to date. No error messages. The problem now is that we can't get into our account as we can't find our secret key.

    You originally said you had purchased standalone licenses for the 1Password app on your devices. Have you also signed up for an account on 1Password.com? If so, but you can't find your secret key, this support article has several ways to help you find it: If you can't find your Secret Key or Setup Code

    Apparently I do have an account as i got one email stating that the beginning of my key is [Removed by AgileBits] but I can't get the rest of it. I gone through the items of how to get the key but haven't been able to make any of them work. Can you tell if I do actually have an account?
