Bought standalone version, now want membership

Hi, I bought a standalone version for Mac via the AppStore last december. As I would also like to use 1Password on my Windows work computer I thought it would be smarter to get a membership. I started a trial membership today. Can you somehow change my initial purchase of 65 dollars into a membership?
