Old user wants account

I bought the iOS version of 1Password v4.2.1 in 2013 for $18. I thought that gave me access on my windows laptop, too. I had a scare when my iPhone glichted and I needed some passwords. My old receipt from
iTunes only has a receipt number and a order Id. How do I set up an account without messing up my access to my passwords or needing to do a restore?
