Password fills but not username

in 1Password in the Browser

Hi, on one particular website when my wife tries to sign into her account the password fills but not the username. I also have my own account with the same website and 1Password works as expected. I tried changing her username to see if it would have any effect but it does not. Can you please offer a suggestion? Thanks.

    Can you see if creating a new Login item using the steps outlined on our page How to save a Login manually in your browser help at all.

    If that doesn't, how would you feel about posting the URL of the login page here in our public support forums? We'll be more than happy to take a look and see if we can understand why.

    Thanks!! I ended up having to create a new login item and that fixed it. Love 1Password :)
