Can't use 1Password at all, No second box for authentication in browser

When I open any browser on my Mac, 1Password 6.7.1, I see an authentication code but no second display box or other tab with a code to verify. I even reinstalled the extensions, and also 1Password on my computer from their website. In addition, when I start the app it stalls intermittently and have to force quit. I sent in an email to support at Agilebits and no reply for two days. Can anyone help? Thanks
