Official SDK or CLI needed
Hello,
I'm a long time user for 1Password, using it on macOS, iOS and now with my team and a lot of vault.
As a consultancy company, we need to write report with confidential data in it.
At this time we are able to protect any valuable infos within our document by using a LaTeX system storing every sensible information into an encrypted disk image. And then the image password is shared with 1Password or another internal tool depending of the level of security needed (because, yes, in Europe cloud based password storage will never been considered as secured whatever the technics behind).
Current scenario is OK for me, but looking at other solutions like Vault or whatever, I really think 1Password would benefit from a API or CLI access.
That would allow us to manage scenario like:
- password inclusion into docs
- automatic login to third part apps on macOS
- creation of custom wrapper for tools like SSH (password or key based)

If you can take inspiration of what Vault is doing for the CLI, it could be great :)
