Trouble Syncing

I have an iphone. I was having trouble syncing to the app so I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now when I try to download all the information through iCloud i get the following message"

"Cloudkit access was denied by user settings"

Any ideas?

    @atlonmac: Have you disabled iCloud Drive? If so, CloudKit will also be unavailable. If it's already enabled, but iOS is still reporting that it isn't, it may be worth disabling it, restarting your device, and then enabling and trying again. Let me know what you find!
