How to force a sync

I have a 1Password account. All my machines except my Mac computer is in sync with what I see on the website (799 entries). My mac is showing only 796 and is missing 3 logins I added via iOS devices. How can I force the 1password on the Mac to sync. It appears its sync is broken. I am running latest versions on all machines. I only have 1 vault and it is accessed by all the devices.

    Editing an item is really the only way to trigger a sync. So lets see if we can figure out why your mac isn't getting updated.
