I'm running 1Password on a 15" MacBook Pro retina with the the Apple Safari Extensions version:

It looks like the 1Password Extension icon is not retina:

Can you please create a retina 1Password Extension icon?

    This is already fixed in the next version of the extension that is making its way into the Safari Extension Gallery.
