1Password 6.7: The Renovation Continues setup on new iOS device

I'm confused by the following blurb:

"... we've added one particularly exciting feature for our 1Password.com account holders. The next time you set up 1Password on a new device you will be able to breeze right through setup with nothing but your Master Password."

So this update allows you to set up on a new device without using your secret key? How is that possible?

    @johnnyappleseed,

    If you had previously logged in with 6.6 or newer then your secret key is stored into iCloud Keychain.
