PDF attachments blank in 1password iOS app version 6.7.1
Since I upgraded my iOS 1password app to version 6.7.1 the PDF attachments are blanked when I open them.
Other file formats work as usual (e.g. JPG).
Even if the file shows blank (not visible), if I export it via the share sheet it works, and I can open it in other app
1Password Version: 6.7.1

Hi @Javier_GH,
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
The only other time I've heard of something like this happening the cause was due to a certain 3rd party PDF reader being installed. Have you recently installed or updated any apps that read PDFs?
Please let me know.
Ben

I have just uninstalled 3 apps messaging PDF files: PDF Expert and PDF Converter (by Readdle), and Acrobat Reader (by Adobe)
No change, the issue keeps the same.
Thanks

@Javier_GH: I'm afraid to ask, but are the files themselves perhaps damaged in Dropbox? Try opening them on a computer, where you'll also be able to verify their file size and use more robust tools to try to determine what's going on. Let me know what you find!

Files are ok.
They are PDF files attached to some items in my vault. I can open them normally in 1password windows app.
Even more, if I use my wife's iPhone 5 to access my vault and those files they work properly.
It only fails on my iPhone 6S since I upgraded the 1password app to version 6.7.10 -
@Javier_GH: Great! Just wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem with the actual data. :)
I apologize if this is a rather silly question, but I do want to be sure we're on the same page here. Do you mean that selecting a PDF attachment in an item in your vault to view within 1Password shows only a blank screen? If so, are you still seeing the filename at the top, and the "Done" button to dismiss it? Or are you opening the PDF in another app (or, trying to)?
It may be that 1Password itself is damaged and reinstalling it may help, but I'd like you to restart your device, reproduce the same issue, and then generate a diagnostic report so we can look at the logs to try to determine exactly what is happening:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Please send it to support+forums@agilebits.com with a link to this discussion and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots', and post your Support ID here so we can confirm that we've received it. Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

I confirm I am still seeing the filename at the top, the "OK" button on the left upper corner to go back, and the share symbol in the left lower corner. Even more, if I use the share bitton I can export the file to a different app and it works.

I have sent the diagnostics report following your instructions

Got the same issue. When will it be fixed ?

@marcmazz: Never heard back for sure, but usually that's good news: people don't reach out when things are working. ;)
From the diagnostics, it looked like Dropbox was sending bad data, and since we haven't had any other reports of something similar since then it doesn't seem like there's something we need to — or can — "fix" in 1Password.
Unfortunately without any information it's hard to do more than speculate. Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
