Need to start over with my account

I am locked out of my life because I forgot my master password and lost the ability to use touch ID on my iPhone (my usual mode of entry). I have followed all of the online instructions but it appears I need someone on your end to allow me to sign up again using my same email address (and hopefully that also means you will recognize me as someone who already paid when I start over.) If I am missing something, please let me know. I am eager to start the painful process of recreating all of my logins . . . thanks,
