Is there a way to force a sync on the mac app? I added a password through the android app and waited over an hour for my mac to sync

Couldn't find sync settings in preferences. Relaunching app didn't help

1Password Version: 6.7.1

    Hi @tushar,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help! If you don’t see the Sync tab in the Preferences window in 1Password for Mac, that means you’re using a 1Password.com account. The data in your account automatically syncs through our own servers, so there's no need for any sync settings.

Are you also signed into your 1Password.com account in the 1Password app on your Android device? If so, changes you make in that app should sync fairly quickly to 1Password on your Mac. If not, you can try locking and then unlocking the 1Password app on your Mac. Once you do that, does the new item show up?

If that item still doesn't sync, please sign into your account on the 1Password.com website from a browser. Select your vault and look for the item you added on Android. Does it appear there? If not, that new item hasn't synced to your account at all. In that case, try adding a new Secure Note to the 1Password app on your Mac, and name it "Test from Mac". Remember to save it. Does that new item sync to Android?
