transfer vault to my.1password.com from native Mac app (v 3.8)
The instructions at https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/ say:
Sign in and migrate your data
1) Open and unlock 1Password.
2) From the 1Password menu, choose Preferences.
3) Click the Accounts icon, then click the + button.
4) Click “Scan account details”.
5) Drag the window over your Setup Code to scan it.
6) Enter your Master Password and click Sign In.
7) Click Move Items to transfer your 1Password data into your new account.
Unfortunately version 3.8 does not have an 'accounts icon' in preferences (step 3)). Please advice on how to migrate the vault from mac app to online account.

You'll need to install the latest version of 1Password from the "Get the Apps" page in your account first, and then you'll be able to migrate your data, as that supports both the local vault you've been using with 1Password 3 and your new 1Password.com account.
