I have duplicates on my iphone. What is primay account sync? What to do?

I have 1PW across my ipad, iphone, and windows computer. I have duplicates on my I phone not on my Windows computer. Under sync on my iphone, I have two sync items, a 1password-Dropbox and Primary-setup syncing. I have Always used dropbox. I think that is what my windows computer is using. How do I get rid of the duplicates on my I phone?
