Is this an Apple issue? Or must I do something to make it happen?

@dday: Are you maybe running the stable version of iOS on the iPad Air? I've seen one other report of someone having this issue with the iOS beta. Does restarting help? Let me know what you find!

This seems like a beta issue, but we'll keep an eye on it and see if anything has changed in 10.3.3.
