Over the many years of using 1P I have accumulated over 500 logins. Many I don't even recognize. I would like to create a new file but somehow archive all the old logins in case I ever need them. What is the best way to do that without loosing any data?

    Hi @Denni,

If you have Login items that you think you don't need but you aren't sure you want to delete them, you might want to create another vault (perhaps called "Archive") where you can store those Logins so they don't appear with the rest of your items.

If you're using a 1Password.com account, you can create a new vault by signing in to your account on 1Password.com from a web browser, then clicking on New Vault. We have more information about creating and managing vaults here: Create, share, and manage vaults

To move those Logins from the original vault to the new vault, you can follow the steps here: Move items between vaults

Does that help? We're here for you if you have more questions! :)
