How to setup on iOS?

I have 1P on my Mac and now I want to setup on my iPhone. I have no secret key, which the iOS app seems to want.
Also I have 2 1P apps in my Applications folder on my Mac, 1Password and 1Password 6. What is the difference?

1Password Version: 6.7.1 and 6.7
Extension Version: 4.6.3
OS Version: Mac OS 10.12.5
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: forum-search:set up on iOS

    On the Welcome To 1Password screen you'd need to scroll down to see the other options...

    1Password.app is from the Mac App Store
    1Password 6.app is from our website
