Do I have to purchase a new 1 password account if I am changing usage on a Windows computer to an iMac?
I synced my account, but it only lets me use "read only mode" or asks me to purchase an account. Need Help.

Nope, to solve this problem, just follow all the instructions in this support article :

Your 1Password account is probably frozen.

When this happens is probably that you trial period ended and you've forgotten to put the credit card details to continue using all the features of 1Password accounts

Hey @clcooper,

As @stefanodottori mentioned, if you are using a 1Password Account, then you can simply sign in on each of your devices. If your account is frozen (i.e. in Read Only mode), then you'll need to add a credit card and subscribe in order to continue using 1Password.

Are you able to sign into https://my.1password.com/signin?
