App stopped working, disappeared, and won't reload.
Please help! I'm not a techie. sigh
I downloaded the apps (Mac and iOS) and purchased the subscription several months ago. It was working on my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone 6. Since the purchase I've had some changes in devices. The iPad change went flawlessly, and the app is still working there. The iPhone change from 6 to 7 didn't work. The app was having trouble on my 6 initially, and it disappeared from the phone. With my 7, I thought it would get worked out by removing and reinstalling, but that's not working.
The app is grayed out in the App Store (whether I've removed the app or not). When I do bring it onto the phone through my iTunes, it appears on my laptop screen (and briefly on my phone screen), then it disappears. So frustrating.
I really wanted to use this app on all my devices.
Just updated by software today on my laptop (06/30/17).

I just updated my iPad app, and it disappeared from my device. Now I only have my Mac left. :(

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. From your description it sounds like your device may have parental restrictions turned on? Could you please check? Instructions from Apple can be found here:
