1Password's service syncs from Mac to iOS but not reliably to another Mac.

Syncing once work but has ceased to work. Any suggestions? Both Macs are running 6.7 and Sierra.

    What sync type? 1Pw Account? Dropbox? WiFi?

    Hi @haroldbasset,

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble syncing your 1Password data between your Macs! We'll need to know a bit more information in order to help get this sorted out. Mostly (and as Aktariel asked), we'll need to know how you're syncing your 1Password data. Do you use a 1Password.com account? If not, are you using iCloud, Dropbox, or something else?

    If you're using a 1Password.com account, open the main 1Password app on each Mac and go to 1Password > Preferences > Accounts. Are you signed into the same account on both?

    If you're using a different sync option (like iCloud or Dropbox), open the main 1Password app on each Mac and go to 1Password > Preferences > Sync. Is the same sync option selected on both? If you're using Dropbox, do the sync settings point to the same file in the same location in Dropbox on both Macs?
