Auto fill & save does not work in Chrome anymore

Hi there

I am using 1password since quite some time and since a couple of weeks the auto-fill and also auto-save does not work anymore. I have checked the FAQ (https://support.1password.com/extension-troubleshooting/) but that couldn't solve my problem. I am not using any anti virus software and do not remember installing any other software in that period of time.

What else could it be? I also reinstalled Chrome Browser & Chrome Add-on.

    Hey @lars86,

    From our reckons it appears like your 1Password Membership has become Frozen, this would have the effect of preventing form filling online however all your data is still available. We have a guide to help reactivate your account which will re-enable the form filling feature.
