I keep receiving the message Authentication Error. There seems to be some question about my email addressI would like to get this straightened asap because your product is wonderful and in many ways, it has empowered me. Please keep making 1p. I hope this gets straightened out. Please contact me about the several vaults outside of one P

2ND problem, which is that I have several vaults outside of 1p? what does this mean and how do I disable it?
