I can access my 1Password on my iPad under IOS 11, I can't access my 1Password on my iMac

I can access my 1Password on my iPad using IOS 11, I was using High Sierra, and downgraded too Sierra today, when I pull up 1Password it states the account has been deleted, but I still can access on my iPad using IOS 11 and my iPhone using 10.3.2. Can you explain and make sure I can sync back too the iMac Please

    Hi @jpfink,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help! On your iOS devices, are you using a 1Password.com account in the 1Password app? Or do you use one of the other sync methods (Dropbox, iCloud, WLAN Server)?

    To check, open the 1Password app on each iOS device and go to Settings > 1Password Accounts. Do you see an account listed there on either device? Also, go back to the Settings screen and look for a Sync option. If you see, one, tap it to see a list of any local vaults and how they are each syncing.

    Please let us know what you find and we'll continue from there. :)
